Each custom piece is handcrafted and shipped within 12 business days.

Leather Care Instructions:

1. Begin by using a brush to remove dust from the surface. Please ensure that you do not scrub too vigorously; instead, handle the leather as gently as possible.  
2. Take a soft, clean cloth and apply a small amount of leather conditioner. Gently spread the conditioner in a circular motion, ensuring it is applied quickly and evenly. Be cautious not to apply too much conditioner to any single area, as this may cause spotting on the leather. The key is to apply a thin layer and work swiftly.  
3. To allow the conditioner to fully penetrate the leather, place the item in a shaded area away from direct sunlight and let it sit for approximately one hour.  
4. After one hour, use a clean, dry cloth to gently buff the surface. Your leather care routine is now complete.

1. Service
   We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries by USPS , but due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed on several countries to minimize the process time of the package.
   Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail.
2. Shipping Days
   Please be noted that the usual shipping days of poison leather design studioare Monday~Friday with the exception of holidays (GMT+8). Please contact us if you need assist due to any urgent situation.

3. Return & Exchanges
   Please be noted that before you want to send back the package, a return application must be processed with us by E-mail. Please follow the return / exchange process below carefully, otherwise your application will be cancelled automatically and we will not able to process refund on your order.
   1. We accept return and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
   2. The package must be sent out in 5 days once your return request is approved. 
   3. Product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached.
   4. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
   5. Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed the refund.
   6. Customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Refund
   After we receive the return package, you will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. It would take 5-10 business day to have the refund posted to your account. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.
