Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that you must process your return request via email with us before sending back your package. Kindly follow the return/exchange procedure outlined below carefully. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your application, and we will be unable to refund your order.

1. We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
2. Once your return request is approved, the package must be shipped within 5 days.
3. Products should be unworn, in new condition, and with tags attached.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. The original shipping fee will be deducted once we proceed with the refund.
6. Customized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned package, you will receive a full refund for the returned product. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account. We do not refund the original order's shipping fee for any returned or exchanged items.
