Return and Exchange Policy
Please note that you must process your return request via email with us before sending back your package. Kindly follow the return/exchange procedure outlined below carefully. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your application, and we will be unable to refund your order.
- We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
- Once your return request is approved, the package must be shipped within 5 days.
- Products should be unworn, in new condition, and with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The original shipping fee will be deducted once we proceed with the refund.
- Customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned package, you will receive a full refund for the returned product. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account. We do not refund the original order's shipping fee for any returned or exchanged items.
