- Hand Wash Gently: Use cold water below 40°C (104°F).
- Use Mild Detergent: Avoid prolonged soaking and do not use bleach to prolong the product's lifespan.
- Do Not Dry Clean or Machine Dry: To prevent shrinkage and deformation, air dry by hanging in a shaded area.
- Ironing: Iron at a low temperature, not exceeding 110°C (230°F).

Important Notes:

- Non-defect Factors: Minor loose threads, tiny stains, and size variations within 1-3 cm are considered normal.
- Color Variations: Slight differences in color between the image and the actual product may occur due to manufacturing and dyeing processes. The actual product color prevails.
- Minor Color Spots: Small color spots (within 1-2 square centimeters) are acceptable according to international quality standards and are not considered defects.

1. Service
   We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries by USPS , but due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed on several countries to minimize the process time of the package.
   Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail.
2. Shipping Days
   Please be noted that the usual shipping days of poison leather design studioare Monday~Friday with the exception of holidays (GMT+8). Please contact us if you need assist due to any urgent situation.

3. Return & Exchanges
   Please be noted that before you want to send back the package, a return application must be processed with us by E-mail. Please follow the return / exchange process below carefully, otherwise your application will be cancelled automatically and we will not able to process refund on your order.
   1. We accept return and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
   2. The package must be sent out in 5 days once your return request is approved. 
   3. Product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached.
   4. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
   5. Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed the refund.
   6. Customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Refund
   After we receive the return package, you will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. It would take 5-10 business day to have the refund posted to your account. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.
